Terms of service

The short version. Be one real person, answer surveys honestly, and we will pay you what you earn. Farming the system with fake accounts or junk answers loses you the balance and the account.
1. Agreement
These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE] limited liability company. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not, do not use Bigo Rewards.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live. One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
3. Your account
You must give accurate information and keep your phone number current, because it is how we verify you and protect your balance. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
4. How rewards work
- You earn a reward when a research partner confirms you completed a survey and their quality checks pass.
- Being screened out of a survey does not earn a reward, and no app in this category can promise you will qualify for any given study.
- Partners may reverse a completed survey if their audit rejects it. A reversal removes the reward from your balance and appears in your ledger with its reason.
- Bonuses — the welcome bonus, daily poll, streaks and referrals — are promotional. We may change or withdraw them at any time, but never retroactively for rewards you have already earned.
- Your balance is a record of what we owe you for validated activity. It is not a bank deposit, earns no interest, and has no value outside Bigo Rewards until you cash out.
5. Cashing out
The minimum cashout is $2.00. Your first cashout is held for review for up to 72 hours as a fraud check. We may also hold a cashout while we investigate unusual activity. If we reject a cashout for a reason other than fraud, the funds return to your balance.
We do not charge fees. Payment providers may apply their own, and delivery times are theirs, not ours.
6. Referrals
You earn a referral reward when someone joins using your code and completes their first cashout — not when they sign up. Referring yourself, creating accounts for other people, or promoting your code through spam or paid advertising voids the reward.
7. Things you may not do
- Create more than one account, or an account for someone else.
- Misrepresent who you are or where you are, including through a VPN, proxy or emulator used to appear eligible for studies you are not.
- Use bots, scripts or automation, or answer surveys without reading them.
- Give deliberately false answers, or rush a survey to collect the reward.
- Interfere with the service, our partners, or other users.
8. If you break these rules
Depending on what happened, we may reverse affected rewards, hold or cancel a cashout, suspend your account while we investigate, or close it. Where we conclude a balance was obtained fraudulently, we may forfeit it. We will tell you what we found and you can reply — we would rather fix a wrong call than keep it.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of Bigo Rewards, including survey availability, which depends on partners we do not control. If we shut the service down we will give you reasonable notice and a window to cash out any balance above the minimum.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Bigo Rewards is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that surveys will always be available, that you will qualify for them, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the greater of the unpaid balance on your account or US$100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Closing your account
You may close your account at any time. Cash out first: closing forfeits any remaining balance, which we cannot pay out once the account is gone.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Where you live may give you rights that cannot be overridden by this clause, and those still apply.
